4:25 pm - ECAS or CASE logo

thepneuma
The design of the ECAS or CASE logo is complete. When I showed it to Kacey (jerseystrife) she suddenly had a vision of what I could only imagine might be a string of anime conventions held by the ECAS. She named the vision "CASE-Con." If you want to find out why we call it the CASE logo go here:

4:43 pm - Upcoming Art Contest

thepneuma
The ECAS will be holding an art contest for all ECAS members. Entrants should create a desktop background no smaller than 1024x768 with any kind of anime theme and save it as a jpg with your email address marked legibly as text over the bottom 30 pixels of the image. Entries will be accepted from September 1 through the end of October. The winner will be announced no later than January 1 of 2006. Winners and five runners up will receive an award certificate. First place receives an anime DVD to be decided. Interested members should contact jerseystrife or myself. There is no limit to the number of entries a member may submit. All entrants should use an email address they plan to keep (again, we don't do spam).

Judges: A panel of no more than 10 judges will review the submitted entries, each will then choose one image. Each judge will then assign a 1 to 10 rating (1 low, 10 high) to each image. The image with the most points wins. Interested in becoming one of this year's judges? Contact jerseystrife or myself. Judges may not have their work entered into the contest and should have a sense of aesthetic values.

By entering your image(s) you agree not sue us for posting it(them) on our website or anywhere else for promotional purposes. After all, it is your image, and you should want the credit you deserve.
